This exciting venture involves transforming a midscale property into an Upper-Upscale Boutique hotel under the prestigious Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand by 2025.

Everwood Hospitality Partners acquired the 184-room Mid-Scale Hotel on Universal Drive in Orlando, FL in 2022. The GP acquired the hotel for $19.1 million, injecting $3.2 million in cash equity. This is not a speculative venture; the deal is live. Total renovations and soft costs amount to $46.5 million, with a renovation budget and contingencies of $16,376,000.

Financing for the entire $26 million project has been secured at an exceptional 5.17% interest rate—a rarity in today’s market.
